The hardest problem in the outfitter industry isn't marketing, pricing, or risk paperwork - it's building and keeping a crew of guides who make great decisions in real conditions, take ownership of the client experience, and come back next season ready to lead. Most operators rebuild that crew culture from scratch every year, absorb the cost when it breaks down mid-season, and quietly burn out trying to hold the whole operation together. This session delivers a field-tested performance framework drawn from work with tier-one military operators, first responders, and elite athletes that translates directly into how you hire, develop, lead, and retain the humans running your river, trail, lodge, or outpost.

Attendees will leave with four ready-to-use tools, not just ideas:
